WHAT IS
GOVERNMENT LESSON PLAN
Student Deliverables:
Teacher should have copies of
the
Lesson 1 story and handout
(see below) to distribute to
the class.
Sequence of Events:

Distribute handouts. Read
through the handouts as a class. Elicit
student participation.

Optional: Assign students
to read particular parts, e.g. Mr. Green or
"you."

Have students work
individually on the worksheet.

Review answers as a class
(key below).
-
Discuss student responses,
answer questions and clarify
misunderstandings.
Student Tasks:
To complete the worksheet portion of the handout using
the story as reference.
