Physical education lesson plan on the concept of movement using basketball drills.
Objectives:
• Student will demonstrate the appropriate relationships in a game situation involving an opponent, and the ability to move in between the opponent and the goal.

5th Grade - 6th Grade - 7th Grade
Materials: Gym, basketball, hoop

Instructional Procedures: Students will demonstrate three separate drills involving: pivoting, dribbling and feinting during a basketball drill between two opponents with the goal of scoring two points with each drill.
"Pair Share" Triple Drill Activity
1. Each student team of two begins at center court. Teacher starts jump ball at the center and student team begins drill one to demonstrate pivoting.
