About this worksheet

An FAQ page anticipates the questions a reader will have about a topic and answers each one clearly in a question-then-answer format. This worksheet teaches the form and lets students plan one of their own.

The reference box and Section A are on page 1. The reference box explains the parts of an FAQ with examples. Section A has eight recall questions. Section B on page 2 walks students through planning their own FAQ.

Page 3 is a complete answer key with sample answers. The worksheet pairs well with the Writing Informational Text and Asking Questions worksheets.
