About this worksheet
A product description is a short piece of writing that tells a shopper about a product to make them want it. This worksheet teaches its parts, including the product name, its features, the benefits to the buyer, and persuasive vivid words, and has students plan their own, with an illustration.
The reference box and Section A are on page 1. The reference box teaches the form with examples. Section A has eight recall questions. Section B on page 2 has four planning prompts.
Page 3 is a complete answer key. The worksheet pairs well with the Persuasive Writing and Writing a Classified Ad worksheets.
