About this worksheet

A menu lists the food and drinks a restaurant offers, grouped into sections, with each item given a name, a tasty description, and a price. This worksheet teaches the parts of a menu and has students write their own items.

The reference box and Section A are on page 1. The reference box teaches the form with examples. Section A has eight recall questions. Section B on page 2 has four creation prompts.

Page 3 is a complete answer key. The worksheet pairs well with the Writing a Recipe and Descriptive Writing worksheets.
