This Agreement (“Agreement”) describes your rights and responsibilities as a user of InstructorWeb® (the “Service”). By using the Service or registering for a membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement covers your access to and use of InstructorWeb, including all worksheets, lesson plans, learning activities, and other content available on the site. Whenever new features or services become available, your use of them is governed by this Agreement unless we notify you otherwise. We may update this Agreement at any time; changes will be posted on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Membership and License to Use Materials

  • Materials on InstructorWeb are available for use by current members and their students only.
  • Your license to use InstructorWeb materials covers all classes and students taught by the member.
  • If your membership is terminated for any reason, your license to use InstructorWeb materials ends immediately. You agree to erase or destroy any InstructorWeb materials in your possession.
  • You may not distribute InstructorWeb materials to others except to your own students, without the prior written consent of InstructorWeb.
  • Sharing of usernames and passwords is not permitted.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any membership at our sole discretion.
  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal. InstructorWeb does not store your credit card or bank account details.

6. Service Availability

We will make every effort to keep InstructorWeb operational. However, there may be periods of downtime due to maintenance, power outages, network problems, or high traffic. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your inability to access the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will InstructorWeb be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, whether or not caused in whole or in part by our negligence.
