About this worksheet
The back of a seed packet is a full set of planting directions written in a very small space, with a label on the left and the answer beside it. This worksheet has students read every line of a sunflower packet before deciding how to plant.
The reference box, the seed packet, and Section A are all on page 1. The reference box explains how the lines of a packet are organized and why every one matters. Section A has eight questions answered directly from the document. Section B on page 2 has four short-response questions.
Page 3 is a complete answer key with answers for every item.
