About this worksheet
A scale drawing shows a real object at a smaller or larger size, and the scale tells how a length on the drawing matches a real length. This worksheet teaches students to multiply by the scale to find a real length and divide to find a drawing length.
The reference box and Section A are on page 1. The reference box explains the scale and shows two examples. Section A has six problems using a given scale. Section B on page 2 has four word problems.
Page 3 is a complete answer key. The worksheet pairs well with the Solving Proportions and Map Scale worksheets.
