About this worksheet
The area of a circle is the space inside it, found with A = pi times the radius squared. This worksheet teaches the formula and the link between radius and diameter, then has students compute area.
The reference box and Section A are on page 1. The reference box works an example from the radius and one from the diameter. Section A has six circles to find the area of. Section B on page 2 has four word problems.
