About this worksheet

Questions ask for information and end with a question mark. This worksheet teaches the two main kinds – yes/no questions and wh- questions – and how to move the helping verb in front of the subject.

The reference box and Section A are on page 1. The reference box explains both kinds of questions with examples. Section A has eight questions to answer. Section B on page 2 has four questions to complete.

Page 3 is a complete answer key with answers for every item. The worksheet pairs well with the Sentence Types and Helping Verbs worksheets.
