What is in this week
Proportional Relationships — unit rate, the constant of proportionality and solving proportions. Every day is one focused task, four items, with the rule printed at the top of the page.
- Monday — Solve each proportion for x.
- Tuesday — Find the constant of proportionality.
- Wednesday — Answer each question.
- Thursday — Is each relationship proportional? Write yes or no.
- Friday — Add each pair.
How to use it
Print the packet once and hand out one page a day, or project it. Students can start before the lesson begins because the rule they need is on the page. Friday returns to week 1, so a Friday dip points at the earlier skill rather than this week’s. Mark them together on the board; these are a warm-up, not something to collect.
