Operations with Integers — adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing signed numbers. Every day is one focused task, four items, with the rule printed at the top of the page.
- Monday — Add each pair.
- Tuesday — Subtract each pair.
- Wednesday — Multiply each pair.
- Thursday — Divide each pair.
- Friday — Work out each calculation.
How to use it
Print the packet once and hand out one page a day, or project it. Students can start before the lesson begins because the rule they need is on the page. Friday is a cumulative check on the same focus. Mark them together on the board; these are a warm-up, not something to collect.
