Music is created by instruments. Take a moment to think about instruments you have seen before. Most likely, the number of instruments you have encountered is too large to count. The many kinds of instruments look and sound different from each other. They all create unique sounds, which go on to create music. These instruments are divided into five different instrument families.
We will first discuss the keyboard family. Any instrument in the keyboard family is played using a musical keyboard. The most common instrument in this family is the piano. Also included in this family are the harpsichord, organ, and synthesizer.
