Procedure:
Students should read the lesson, and complete the worksheet. As an option, teachers may use the lesson as part of a classroom lesson plan.
Excerpt from Lesson:
Before you begin writing,
be sure to keep an editing and revision
checklist available. Study it and know what
to look for, while revising and editing anything.
This step, if completed before you hand over
your work, will help you to achieve the best
possible grade without any grammatical errors.
When you have completed writing, use the checklist
to look over what you have on your paper.
This checklist will help you make any changes,
if necessary. Sometimes, after you have checked
your own essay over, it helps to pass it on
to someone else and have him or her look over
it, as well. Ask a parent, grandparent, sibling
or a friend to use the check list. That way,
both sets of eyes are using the same format.
